Custom and personalized orders
I happily do custom orders when I’m able to! Whether it's as simple as changing a stone in an already-existing design or starting completely from scratch, we can work together to create a one-of-a-kind piece that will be uniquely yours.
Please note that customs “close” periodically throughout the year when I am unable to work on commissioned pieces. I always note whether my customs are “open” or “closed” in my Instagram bio, located here.
Important things to note about custom and personalized orders:
- Payment is required after the design is finalized and BEFORE I start building the piece.
- Because the item is created especially for you, custom and personalized pieces are not eligible for returns.

Measurements given for specific items are usually either in inches or centimeters, whatever is stated in the description.
All ring sizes stated are US measurements. There is a handy conversion chart at http://www.ringsizes.co/ that compares sizes internationally. Please make sure you are selecting the correct ring size when ordering. I can happily help you with converting sizes if needed.
To find your ring size(s): I recommend having your finger(s) professionally sized at a jewelry store, but if you are unable to do that, you can try a printable ring sizing tool.
If you wish to change a necklace chain length or increase/decrease the size of a piece, please contact me.
Gift wrapping and packaging
Your pieces will arrive in a gift box, ready for giving. I often put orders with multiple pieces in the same box to reduce waste. If you would like me to use separate boxes, gift wrap them, or add in a personalized note to the recipient, simply contact me and I will be happy to do so.
Your electronic receipt will be emailed to you after placing your order. If you want a printed receipt included in your package, please let me know.
Orders are sent in recycled kraft paper bubble mailers.
I try to use recycled materials for most of my packaging and encourage you to recycle what you can, thanks!
Processing time for ready-to-ship items is 1-3 business days. Please note if you purchase both ready-to-ship and made-to-order items in the same order, your entire order will default to the longer processing time.
Processing time for made-to-order items is 1-2 weeks. I occasionally have some of the listed made-to-order items in stock and ready to ship. Please feel free to check in to see what I have in stock if you need your item in a hurry.
Your package will ship to the address you enter at checkout. *Please make sure your shipping address is updated and correct! I am NOT responsible for incorrect addresses.*
My packages are shipped via USPS First Class mail (estimated delivery time: 2-8 days), or USPS Priority mail (estimated delivery time: 2-3 days) if you upgrade to 2-3 day shipping.
Upgrading to Priority or Priority Express ONLY changes the ship time (controlled by the USPS), NOT the processing time. I always try to get your orders out in a timely manner; if you need your piece(s) by a certain date, please let me know before ordering!
Returns and exchanges
I accept returns or exchanges on all items except custom and personalized pieces. Please contact me within 3 days of delivery if you wish to return an item. All items must be in original, unused condition to receive a refund. I will not process your refund until the item is back in my possession and I have verified its condition. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and packaging. Only original item price is refunded; original shipping costs are not refunded. Thank you for understanding!

I ship worldwide! Please note that international orders take more time (typically 1-3 weeks, sometimes longer) to reach their final destination. I cannot control the speed of the customs process, and it can vary with every order. Orders to all countries outside of the United States are shipped with USPS First Class International Mail. This includes tracking until it leaves the U.S., and occasionally tracking will pick up in the destination country as well (this is not always the case and not guaranteed).
*EU buyers, please note: Your package(s) may be subject to VAT rates set by your home country.* I DO NOT control this and CANNOT avoid it. Whether you will need to pay a VAT to get your package and what that rate will be is NOT something I can predict. Thank you!
